Take A THINK WEEK

 Twice a year, Bill Gates goes somewhere secluded to have a"Think Week." All communication with his family, friends and employees are banned. He brings a stack of books and uses this time to read, come up with new ideas and work on personal developement. A lot of breakthroughs at Microsoft stemmed from these "Think Weeks."
